When all is said and done, BA is a pretty rotten airline to travel on.

For years BA enjoyed it's monopolistic position and it's culture from the days when it was state owned.

Never interested in delivering a service to Scotland , there are many very better airlines to travel on.

Overpriced with second rate truculent service are about the best that you can say about this fading airline.

I just flew with BA from the far East and i was very pleased with the whole service. I would fly with them again. So I disagree with you#1

I fly regularly with BA; Scotland to central europe and back again.
I think they are doing very OK, except for last weeks flight when I was treated rather rudely by the Business Class male member of staff (I had been seated on the wrong side of the 'class' curtain...but not my fault!)
However, I guess the stress of future uncertainty was begining to be felt and I can somehow understand this.
Keep up the previous good service BA and you will retain my loyalty!

The service on the Tokyo-London flight is terrible.

Everythings seems like it's too much trouble.

Never to pay to fly with them long distance again
