AGGREKO, the Glasgow-based temporary power firm, is to rent about 70,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Westway, in Renfrew, in one of the largest industrial lettings this year in Scotland.
The letting was brokered by DTZ and joint agent Jones Lang LaSalle and involves Aggreko, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, taking a three-year lease with a delayed entry at a rent of £3.70 per sq ft.
The "Block G" building is currently let to RDF Media and was built in the 1980s by Babcock.
