Who can not but be amazed by the talent of these surgeons? Sheer brilliance.Of course, the little girl must be praised for her pluck.
A truly amazing life event, that just shows you we can help each other to survive if we try!"God's will"? why would I doubt that?God does works in mysterious ways, does he/she not?To mysterious for us to understand!!Another story, to go into my 'Book-of-Love'
....By the way 'hootsman' get rid of that stupid 'Bu****' in bed in that annoying AD!
~1. Scullion, good-morning! sorry I cant hang around and chat!
Beautiful article, Scotsman News! 'WELL-DONE'
Fantastic. Wonderful things still happen in the world. I wish the family all the very best and congratulate the surgeons.
It's a great story. The parents deserve a huge amount of credit for not giving up trying to get help for their daughter.
Brilliant achievement! We must be grateful that we have such dedicated, hard-working and skillful doctors in the world. Kudos!!! Let's hope little Lakshmi never looks back and thrives in the future. Good luck to her and her family!
This truly sounds like a miracle. And yet, I can´t stop thinking of how many people with lesser problems or defects could have been helped with this huge amount of money....Good luck to the family
I'm not sure why the media always talk about 'extra limbs', these are basically instances of a set of twins where the one didn't develop properly before birth. I don't think it's ever happened with 'triplets' before, now that would be rare ...
But a "nice" story nonetheless!

For once, the Scotsman prints a truly heartwarming story!
You just can't out a price on such things. Amazing! It really puts things into perspective in this petty celebrity idolising age. These people are all real heroes.
Fantastic!!! Forget about trips to the moon or nuclear weapons....or Commonwealth Games for that matter. This is what we should be spending money on. There are thousands of children in developing countries who have disabilities and deformities which are treatable....it's a disgrace that they aren't treated when there's money to waste on space travel.
The little lass and her parents are what the human society should be all about! What more can one say, except she has a long, future happy life.
There surely is a lesson here for all those arm chair generals who never tire spewing out their hatred and wishing the "nuking" of some country or other, many who use these forums.
Many congratulations to these wonderful doctors, and sincere best wishes to the parents and their plucky wee lassie. A long and happy future to them all.
A wonderful story of a family's perseverance and determination to find help for their beloved daughter.
Doctor Patiland his surgical team have shown that there is more to life than chasing money, and must be praised for their efforts to give this little child the chance of living a normal life.
I wish Lakshmi and her family all the best for their future.
A remarkable feat and a brave little girl. Thank God for His goodness !

Brilliant ! Good News for once. Have to agree, a better use of money than spacewalks, armaments and silly politicking. Congratulations to the surgeons and support staff, and best wishes to Lakshmi and family.
