If Brown hadn't built the economy on credit and had stepped in to PROPERLY regulate the property market in order to curb a debt-driven, unsustainable property price spiral, then we would not be in this mess in the first place.

"Never be the same again".

Most people forget what they had for dinner a week last Monday. People appear to have forgotten about all previous 'bubbles' in shares, property and commodities, or else they were too young for it to have mattered much in the scheme of things. When the big wheel turns the rich and the elite will still be making a fortune out of the misery of the masses.
