A COUNCILLOR who raised concerns over Donald Trump's £1 billion golf resort did not break his authority's code of conduct, a watchdog has found.
Paul Johnston had been condemned by Aberdeenshire Council after he questioned an agreement between the authority and Mr Trump in an interview with a national newspaper.
