A WOMAN taunted the family of her former lover in court yesterday after she was cleared of killing him.
Laura King, 24, attacked Alexander "Blue" Thomson, 20, with a wine bottle at her flat in Morningside, Edinburgh, in the early hours of 13 January. He later died.

King and Peter "PJ" Tarwinski stood trial accused of the culpable homicide of Mr Thomson. But at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday, she was convicted of the reduced charge of assault. Tarwinski was found not guilty.
