Michelin-star chef selects new venue

A MICHELIN-starred chef has unveiled the location of his first venture in Scotland.
Paul Kitching will open in Edinburgh's New Town in the spring. He has bought a former Georgian townhouse on Royal Terrace that was formerly home to a restaurant, for his new eaterie, which he hopes will secure him a second Michelin star.
