Outlawed coach firm loses appeal

A COACH firm that falsified tachograph records and lied about drivers' working hours has lost its appeal against being closed down by the Traffic Commissioner for Scotland.
Alastair Brown, who owns Browns of Edinburgh, has been banned from holding an operating licence for four years.
