HEART of Midlothian FC is facing having to delay the start on the redevelopment of Tynecastle again.

YET AGAIN the Council's Planning system have let an applicant down badly.

I am NOT a Heart's fan but this situation arose prevciously with Hibernian and cost them a small fortune.

Why do I have a growing disquiet that were the applicants a major developer, wanting to drive a coach and horses (Plus a 17 storey building) through the planning department - they'd get away with it!!!!

Who would have believed it? This new council is even worse than the last.

Tram foul-ups, planning foul-ups, the Grassmarket refurbishment is still dragging on, the roads get worse daily, and hard working voluntary organisations who provide services for the disadvataged are having their funding slashed or completely removed.

I'm no jambo, but do I feel sorry for them. Let down by the ruling classes again!

What a set of lobbers!!!
