Basque separatists blamed for bombs

BASQUE separatist group Eta has been blamed for two car bombs that exploded in Spain's northern region yesterday. The first device detonated next to the headquarters of a bank on the outskirts of regional capital, Vitoria. No one was injured.
Hours later, an explosion at a police station in the town of Ondarroa injured three police officers and seven civilians.
