ARBROATH are finally hoping the Andy Webster transfer saga will be resolved in the next 24 hours with Hearts due to pay the Second Division club £15,000.
After threatening to obtain either an SFA signing ban or freeze gate receipts to recoup the money they have sought since August, Arbroath agreed to Hearts' request that the money be transferred tomorrow.
