TODAY, Friday 20 June, is the UN's World Refugee Day. With so many commemorative days for worthy causes, and with the UN a much diminished organisation in British eyes, Refugee Day is unlikely to get noticed.
But all round the globe, from Iraq to Darfur, from Burma to China, over 30 million displaced people are dependent for their existence on the efforts of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
