NHS Lothian has ordered a document scanning and storage service from Northgate Information Solutions. Glasgow-based Northgate, with e-Docs UK, will digitally record the records of about 800,000 patients.

Fantastic stuff this!

Our wonderful Government are spending £ 12 billion on a new IT system for the NHS.

And how many people will this "help" or "cure"?

Not a single one.

What an utter waste of Taxpayer's money.

How many hospital's could be built for that ?

How many doctors and nurses could be employed?

When it comes to handling billions of Taxpayers money straight to BIG BUSINESS no one can hold a candle to New Labour.
