Beuzelin and Kerr remain doubtful for Fir Park clash

HIBERNIAN manager Mixu Paatelainen admits he may have to go into Saturday’s vital clash with Motherwell without key midfielders Guillaume Beuzelin and Brian Kerr.
Beuzelin has not featured since sustaining a knee injury in the 2-0 defeat to Celtic almost four weeks ago, and Kerr has been out since injuring his ankle against former side Motherwell a fortnight ago.

Both have returned to light training but Paa
telainen fears the duo may not be ready to face third-place rivals Motherwell at Fir Park this weekend.

He said: “Guillaume and Brian are training but they are still training with the physio. They are only doing a bit of running and they’re not yet taking part in the full session.

“Things are looking good for them in terms of their injuries but whether this weekend comes a bit too early for them we’ll have to wait and see.

The encounter with Motherwell will be the first to be staged on the troubled Fir Park pitch since Gretna played there on 6 March, and the first since chairman John Boyle asked for the surface to be given a break to sort out drainage problems.

It will be the Steelmen’s first match at home since the 1-0 defeat to Hearts five weeks ago, but Paatelainen is not expecting problems with the ground.

Enough of the right players to cope with the loss of these guys.

This is a tough game for the Hibees, but could just open the door for 3rd place.

Boozy has hardly played a decent game since he got injured last season, so no big loss there.

Brian Kerr......Hide and seek champion of the premier league, the guy is gash

Kerr, O'brien, Boozy ta ta taxi time for you boys....

Boozy thanks for the good memories and the times you actually wanted to play for us

Kerr and O'Brien, thanks for reminding us just how bad things can get now do the honourable thing and fek off

I still think Boozy has a part to play. He was in the fans end at Ibrox last week which surely he would not bother doing if he had lost interest. As for Kerr as #5 and #7 say he is absolutely garbage and I can't believe he is still mentioned in the same sentence as the first team.
