Iranian missile photos doctored to boost launch

A PHOTOGRAPH showing a cluster of missile launches was apparently altered to add a fourth missile lifting off from a desert range.
The image, posted on a website run by Iran's Revolutionary Guards on Wednesday, showed four missiles moments after launch, leaving trails of glowing exhaust and clouds of billowing brown dust.

The scene was described as part of military manoeuvres in which nine missiles were test fired. The photo on the Sepah News site was replaced yesterday with an image showing three missiles firing – which appear to be the same missiles in the earlier photo. In place of the fourth missile the photo showed one still on the ground in its launch position.

"There's no doubt the photo was doctored," said Mark Fitzpatrick, of the International Institute For Strategic Studies.

They noticed it because the Wal-Mart photoshop receipt was still attached.
We haven't seen many photos of the Israeli show of power a few weeks ago or the U.S. one that is now under way.
What is good for the psychological goose...

No.1, that's a good one! lol! heaven knows, we need a good laugh more often.

Too many negative comments going around anyway. keep up your good humor!

I think it is only a matter of time when Israel will render Iran's nuclear ambitions to history. Fini.

Shouldnt we impose sanctions on the Israelis until they give up their illegal nuclear weapons? They are a major threat to peace in the Middle East.

we havent seen too many pics of israel because...???

israel is smart enough to know that a big dose of "they may have big boom booms" is a H U G E deterrent... not to mention the knowledge that they have the ability to deliver the hammer blow before you know they got out of bed....

and please note that it is IRAN who is being ignorant... not jordan, syria, saudis, egypt.... and the list goes on... and on... and on...

"Until now, I haven't seen them using it".

....and when pray did you see Iran use it?

Sorry but your argument bears no relation to logic especially as it's Israel and the US threatening Iran.

Why do you find it strange for Iran to conduct a missile test when Israel has just completed a dummy run for a future attack on them?

If anyone is a warmongering crony it is you.

I suggest an urgent visit to a psychiatrist would be in order for you.

"Iran is still working to develop one and already sending shockwave threatening to use it against her foes".

...Written by someone who knows better than the IAEA that categorically states that there is NO evidence Iran is developing a nuclear weapon.

And no, this post is not addressed to Vida Dosa. It is merely intended to point out the wild claim that Iran is developing a nuclear weapon.

Iran's stated position that they are developing nuclear energy for electricity generation should be applauded as they are doing their bit to combat global warming which is more than the US is doing.

Ok, it says that Iran hasn’t got the missiles to attack anyone; so what is all this fuss about? Aren’t we all supposed to be happy? If they cannot attack then there is no excuse to attack them! End of story for warmongers!

Let me ask you this. It is the US's stated position that they are developing nukes to either threaten or attack neighboring countries. So Iran has one stated position the US has another. Why do you give credence to Iran instead of skepticism for both?
