BOMBINGS killed at least 21 people in and around Baghdad yesterday, including students going to exams, as violence rose before a planned withdrawal of US troops from urban areas.
The bombings, nearly all in Shiite areas, came two days after a truck bomb killed at least 75 people in northern Iraq.
