A BRITISH man convicted of having sex on a Dubai beach is still in jail, his solicitor said. Vince Acors, 34, of London, was due to land at Heathrow yesterday.
He and Michelle Palmer, 36, of Rutland, received suspended jail sentences for public indecency.
