Morton Fraser announces merger with Skene Edwards

FRESH from announcing a record increase in turnover, corporate and commercial firm Morton Fraser has announced it is to merge with Edinburgh-based outfit Skene Edwards.
The amalgamation, which is expected to be completed in the autumn, will see the transfer of 25 staff into the Morton Fraser organisation, including three partners and two consultants, and the discontinuation of the Skene Edwards name.
