Credit where it's due
Your "From the Chalkface" column (14 May) on Edinburgh Academy Junior School's winning the final of the 2008 Euroquiz understates the team's achievement. It implies that only 25 schools took part in "the event".
While there were 25 teams in the final, around 270 primary schools throughout Scotland and more than 1,000 children took part in the heats. As organisers of the quiz, we want to ensure that proper credit is accorded where it is due.
