In a world where many women are condemned to eternal damnation in office "hell", constantly goaded to overdress and outperform, it should not go without note that on the Thursday of the week of the widely reported launch of the "Dita Von Teese limited edition wonder bra" (Life & Arts, 25 September), no shop assistant in Jenners had heard of the thing.
