Olympic team gives London top marks

THE International Olympic Committee yesterday awarded London "9.75 marks out of 10" for preparations for the 2012 Games.
IOC co-ordination commission chairman Denis Oswald said at the end of a three-day visit that London's level of preparedness was "unprecedented" compared with previous host cities.
