Beaton's recipe for safe delivery
FIRST it was computer discs missing in the post. Next it was laptops left in taxis. Then secret intelligence files were left on a train. But Richard Beaton, Eagle Couriers' new contracts manager, insists he won't let that happen on his watch.
The former DHL manager will deal with clients such as the Scottish Government and local councils. Beaton, who has also worked for Scottish Citylink, says: "It's important our clients continue to feel confident about the service we provide and remember that, as we are a privately owned, independent company, we do not experience these types of incidents".
