FIELD & Lawn, the marquee hire company, has sold its London branch to Key Structures for an undisclosed sum.
The company, which has its head office at Broxburn, West Lothian, said that, under the terms of the deal, it would continue to operate in the south of England, providing services from its Bristol office.

Field & Lawn – which was set up 23 years ago – also has branches in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.

Cameron Stewart, the managing director and founder of the firm, said the London branch had about 20 staff, who would all be retained by the new owner.

Stewart added: "This sale will strengthen the company and allow management to concentrate on key markets, more profitable for a company with our expertise.

"The income from the sale of London will enable us to invest in new equipment and therefore enable us to continue to provide the very best."
