MORTON manager David Irons has questioned the SFA for giving his side a warning for their disciplinary record in the first half of the season. The Greenock club were among 32 teams across all the SFA leagues to receive a yellow card from the governing body.
The SFA could impose a fine on Irons' side of £2,000 if their discipline does not improve and Irons said: "As far as I am aware, we have not had been told about any warning and we have not received any notification about a fine should things not improve.

"I would have to ask what the SFA have got to gain by producing a league table with disciplinary points."
