Hoaxer goes gaga over job on radio
David Knight, 43, called Real Radio’s wind-up expert Robin Galloway live on air, posing as the ageing rocker, after the DJ mentioned the 1980s band.
Off air Mr Galloway invited him to help out with his daily hoax calls by posing as celebrities to dupe unsuspecting victims, including Liverpool boss Gerald Houllier and Freddie Mercury impersonator Gary Mullen.

Mr Knight, of Dunfermline, who first called Mr Galloway during a night shift at his sales job last May, said: "This has always been my dream job. I would love a career in broadcasting and this is a big step in the right direction."
