At last, somebody sensible has pointed the obvious truth that without these fiscal reforms, it is nigh on impossible for a Scotish Administration to make any real impact on the Scottish economy.

This highlights the flawed view constantly harped on about by some (in particular the Tories, but also Labour) that the government should 'focus on the real issues that matter rather than constantly baning on about the consitution'.

As Reform Scotland has outlined, the reality is that only with financial accountablility can a Scottish Administration make any significant impact and stimulate growth.

Fiscal reform is THE most serious issue in Scottish politics today. It dircetly impacts on 'the real issues', so yes, we should be 'constantly banging on about it'. Otherwise we can do nothing.
