THE final months of Jade Goody's battle with cancer are to be detailed in a book, it was announced yesterday.
The publisher HarperCollins described the cancer diary, Forever in My Heart, as a "modern- day parable".

The 27-year-old reality TV star left hospital last week to spend her last days at home with her family.

Her husband, Jack Tweed, and mother, Jackiey Budden, were seen at her home in Essex throughout yesterday.

HarperCollins said the former Big Brother contestant had characterised the book as a "love letter" to her two young sons, Bobby and Freddy.

Goody is understood to have been paid a substantial sum. A percentage of profits from the book will be donated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Many percentages make up a 100. After making £700,000 from the sale of her wedding, it would have been a fitting legacy to her to donate all the profits to Marie Curie.

Whatever the cover cost of the book is, I will match it with a donation direct to a cancer charity or hospice, rather than only a percentage of my money.
