THE group has beaten rival Boeing to secure a US air force contract worth up to $3.6 billion (£1.8bn) to build as many as 12 next-generation global positioning satellites.
THE group has beaten rival Boeing to secure a US air force contract worth up to $3.6 billion (£1.8bn) to build as many as 12 next-generation global positioning satellites. The deal is the first of three awards to supply a total of 32 satellites.

WARM weather hit the department store chain's sales in the week to 10 May, figures yesterday revealed. Sales dipped 4.3 per cent but were up 2.6 per cent in the 15 weeks to 10 May. The firm said: "We always knew the first really hot week would cause a dip."
