ARE we not men? It seems not. A new survey found 60 per cent of young British men didn't consider themselves masculine. The survey was commissioned by Brylcreem to mark 80 years of slick work on the male bonce.
Eighty years ago, 73 per cent of men said they were competent mechanics, while only 25 per cent could use an iron. Today, 60 per cent can use an iron, but almost half cannot change a tyre. Another survey said 60 per cent of burdz considered themselve...

The only difference between men and women's DIY is the height of the bench. Put the ironing board up a few inches and it is ideal for supporting car engines, put the workbench down a few inches and it could easily be used for cooking.

I can't see what difference there is between the sexes apart from a lot of burn your bra sexism!

I bet 60% of women don't consider themselves to be feminine either. Maybe that is the root of the stupidity of many people.

and the author clearly doesn't understand the difference between a tyre and a wheel either. It should be a requirement of the driving test that the candidate can safely jack a car, remove a wheel and fit the spare.

I keep a can of 'Fix A Flat'(I think that's its name) in my car. The can is filled with air and sealer to temporarily fix the flat until you can get to a garage and have it done properly.
