Regarding the war criminals Broon and Bush, Maggie Broon is a well known Stalinist. Like his pal Bush, all he is trying to do is to protect his business buddies that make large contruibutions to his party. In both cases the taxpayer will have to pay for the debts run up by their business buddies.
