WALES and Lions prop Gethin Jenkins has signed a new two-year contract with Cardiff Blues. Jenkins, who began his comeback from injury during the Blues’ Heineken Cup defeat against Sale Sharks last Friday, will remain with the Magners League side until at least 2012.
The 66 time-capped loosehead joined the Blues from Celtic Warriors in 2004, going on to feature in five of the Lions’ last six Tests against New Zealand and South Africa.

Jenkins said: “It’s great that we have now actually signed the contract and I am now back on the field of play.”
