Last week, we reported on efforts by the Russian blogosphere to document, with mathematical precision, the extent to which Putin was willing to shamelessly manipulate the country's legislative elections last year. In one town, every single one of the 18,282 registered voters went to the polls, and every single one of them voted for Putin's party.
