Consultation begins for hydro schemes

A CONSULTATION has begun into plans to build two hydro electric schemes in the Great Glen.
SSE Generation, owned by Scottish & Southern Energy, wants to build the massive schemes at Balmacaan, by Loch Ness, and Coire Glas, north-west of Loch Lochy.

I hope they get proper companies to build them this time. Hochteif made an ar$e of the one at Glendoe

"Massive schemes" - we could do with a bit more detail, Scotsman! Poor journalism, once again.
