A GROUP of parents protesting against school closures have ended their sit-in at a primary.
Members of the Glasgow Save Our Schools Campaign (GSOSC) have occupied Wyndford Primary School since 26 June.

The parents staged the sit-in in protest at the decision to close 11 primaries and nine nurseries amid falling school rolls and deteriorating buildings.

Campaigners are concerned the changes will lead to larger class sizes, poorer education standards and longer travelling distances for people.

They said yesterday that the fight would continue with a petition to the Scottish Parliament.
