Scottish families get help to Mend their eating habits

AFTER Scotland was named the second fattest nation on Earth, it became clear that the country could not sit back and hope the title disappeared.
Since then, improvements to school meals, education campaigns and exercise initiatives have been launched in an effort to make Scots healthier. Now a new drive is underway to break the cycle of obesity, focusing specifically on children.
