KRIS Boyd was the Hampden hero again as Rangers ended a rollercoaster season on a high note by claiming the Scottish Cup.
The striker set the ball rolling with the opener against Queen of the South, before DaMarcus Beasley put his injury hell firmly behind him with a goal of his own.

Brave Queens hit back through Steve Tosh and captain Jim Thomson but Boyd had the final say when he grabbed the winner to ensure the silverware would be heading back to Ibrox.

Boyd also played a crucial role in the CIS Insurance Cup triumph back in March, twice hauling Rangers back into the game before netting the decisive penalty in a shoot-out against Dundee United, and his double today allowed him to take his tally to 25 for the season.

Rangers finally appeared to have run out of legs in the last 10 days of the season, losing the UEFA Cup final to Zenit St Petersburg and then the Clydesdale Bank Premier League title to Celtic on Thursday night.

In contrast, this was Queens' first game since finishing fourth in the Irn-Bru First Division 28 days ago – and a whopping 42 days since their dramatic 4-3 win over Aberdeen in the semi-finals.

Rangers manager Walter Smith needed one final push from his players in their 68th, and final, game of what had been an exhausting campaign and they obliged to salvage a cup double from what has truly been a remarkable season.

Smith made four changes from the side who lost to Aberdeen midweek and the most notable of those was the inclusion of Beasley, the USA international making his first start since sustaining knee ligament damage in a Champions League game back in November.

Sasa Papac was also named in the starting XI after recovering from a thigh strain, as were Boyd and Lee McCulloch. Christian Dailly and Steven Davis were named among the substitutes, while Daniel Cousin and Charlie Adam were both dropped from the squad altogether for the clash at Hampden.

Queens looked the more dangerous team going forward early on, with Stephen Dobbie and Sean O'Connor causing problems for the SPL runners-up. Tosh also tried his luck but his long-ranger was comfortably held by Neil Alexander in the Rangers goal.

At the other end, a long, low shot from Kevin Thomson flashed wide of Jamie MacDonald's left-hand post before Rangers really began to impose themselves on the match.

Boyd released Beasley into the box and he looked set to leave the net bulging only to rifle into the side-netting instead.

The roles were then reversed when Boyd met a Beasley cross eight yards out only to nod just over when it looked so much easier to score.

The breakthrough came after 32 minutes. Tosh gave away a free-kick for a foul on Beasley 25 yards out and Barry Ferguson played the ball short to Boyd to lash into the top right corner of the net.

Queen of the South then failed in their attempts to win a penalty after claiming Steven Whittaker had barged O'Connor off the ball but those pleas fell on deaf ears.

Rangers doubled their advantage instead three minutes before the break when Carlos Cuellar's header was missed by Thomson and Ryan McCann and broke kindly to Beasley to slide home from eight yards.

Just when Rangers must have thought their names were on the trophy, Gordon Chisholm's men pulled a goal back four minutes after the restart.

O'Connor skipped past Cuellar before cutting back into the path of Tosh to bundle home from the edge of the six-yard box and provide hope of a dramatic fightback.

That proved to be the case when the battling Dumfries club hauled themselves level with 53 minutes gone.

A Papac foul on McCann proved costly when Robert Harris punted the resultant free-kick into the box and skipper Thomson was on hand to direct a header past Alexander.

Rangers could have restored their lead when Jean-Claude Darcheville released Beasley and he laid off a pass to the feet of Ferguson but the skipper fired straight into the keeper's arms.

It was left to Boyd to come to the rescue and he rose above everyone else in the box to meet Beasley's corner and send a header looping over the Queens goalkeeper after 71 minutes.

The striker could have then added to his tally for the day but, this time, his header was held by MacDonald after Thomson had delivered a teasing ball from the right.

In the end, Boyd's brace proved to be just enough to allow Rangers to finish the season with a cup double.

Rearrangers have two trophies in their cabinet and they have "won" neither on a level playind field.

Both trophies now sitting in the Ibrox trophy room have the stench of "cheats-wear" humming from each of them.
And the most worrying aspect of that was that neither The Very Reverend The Mike nor his brother in arms Kenny "CIS" Clark were in charge of the whistle.

Its an continuing utter disgrace.
Isn`t it

Oh dear. The usual bitter bhoys are in. At this particular time, they shpuld be enjoying their own team's success and remembering Tommy Burns and Phil O'Donnell (whose tribute game is tomorrow). But Rangers winning a trophy brings out their nastiness.

7. Another point of view may be Celtc were humped out of every cup they entered in the early rounds and got way more breaks/points from the officals in the SPL than any team.

That's life. Be happy the SPL officials gave you a wee pressie this year.

Be honest it was a c rap game. The only bit of excitement was the come back by Queens and moments of true skill and class, eh. . . . Think about Man U v. Chelsea then think about this mediocre rubbish, Rangers flatter to deceive and for Queens sake I hope the likes of Barcelona dont come calling next season.
As for Rangers, big fish in small pond and I dont think the English will welcome them in their league after Manchester where they were totally without it both on and off the pitch.

another one over! Congratulations to QOS for getting to the final and congratulations to RFC for winning the Cup.

Most of the Ranger's squad had to be physically knackered! I know they don't work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week but, running 7-9 miles per game with the shedule they had, that's a marathon, or close to, per week.

Don't get too cosy with the Scottish Cup though, we're taking it back next year :-))

40 mins in QoS denied stonewaller when Whittaker takes O`Connor out the game inside the box.

Rearrangers break up the park and score their 2nd.

Craig Leveins statement of "better not to bother turning up" crosses everyones mind who observed the incident.

Sad, sad people #6 & #7 with their nasty comments.
RFC had a very good season winning two trophies and coming close to winning two more. They did not deserve to win the UEFA cup with that appalling defensive display and there are probably many reasons why they did not win the league, too many games in too short a time being the main one. It seems to have been forgotten that although RFC did ask for a game to be postponed because of a European cup tie, there was another postponement before the Scotland v Italy Game and if I remember correctly two, including one at Celtic, were postponed after the tragic death of Phil O'Donnell. Full marks to Celtic who won their last 7 games and put all the pressure on Rangers. We can all look at WS's team selections and make our own choices but the pure physical and mental effort of playing so many high-pressure games in such a short space of time was too much for them. It is not easy to do and I speak as one who has been involved in sport at the highest level. We did have a very good season and were very, very close to a great one. I enjoyed all the ups, downs and frustrations, that's what makes being a supporter fun.
On another subject entirely, being exiled in London, the best thing about England not being in Euro 08 is the lack of jingoism with weeks of why England are going to win, a wailing and gnashing of teeth (not mine) when they do not, and weeks of post mortems.
Summer off then back into the fray chaps!

Rangers season, with the players they had available, has been tremendous.
All games were won within the laws of the game, no matter what Pubes has to say about that.

We hoped to be respectable this year, and instead won the CIS Cup, the Scottish Cup, were finalists in the UEFA Cup and finished 2nd, three points behind the heavily favoured Celtic.

Yesterday, I posted my congratulations to Celtic, told their fans to enjoy the party, and reminded them to try to be good winners.
I see that advice has been ignored.

The next season has yet to begin, never mind this summers player investment and once again the MOPEs have us relegated and "them" winning it by October. Two domestic cups, the league goes to the last game of the season and we reach the final of the Uefa cup in Walters first full season back. All this without a LB and half a season withot a RB. What a diddy you are dHimmy!
What "true bluechippers" are coming,to the Pee-tics, this summer dHimy? After the Xmas rescue splurge RAt-ic will be lucky to break even this season. So even with the CL yous are going furthr into debt next season. Whos going to take Bobo, Fatti,Muka,Lithium or Gravestone (Ohmygoodgawd!)?
Rangers will have Hemdani, Cousin (swap for Davis) and Buffel off the books to release wages and min £20m to spend and their debt wiped out.
With inTIMidated refs in you back pocket since Xmas yous just manged to win the SPL on the last day of he season and say it was a triumph, yous posted £20m+ profit last season and Rangers were in turmoil.

Its okay for you to bring up the Gers but others cannot mention the tic?

Must congratulate the QotS for making it an entertaining final, as far as the Gers players at the end of the match not showing a lot of emotion, I think they are just shattered and happy a long season is over. They played 16 more matches than any one else in the SPL with a tough go the last 2 weeks with the amount of matches played.

Enjoy the summer boys you deserve it, and BTO you should get some rest.

That was the flatest Scotiish Cup final in history.

Apart from people in Dumfries who were delighted to be there, the atmosphere was as flat as a pancake.

You only had to look at "Walter" acclaiming the cup to the crowd that he telt tae shut it only a couple of months ago.
He hoisted it with one arm,he could hardly be bothered, and struggled to get it above his head.

Craig Leveins comments are likely to have a looooooong lasting effect on "Walter".

And so they should.

Nice try. 6 weeks ago WaGS was in danger of being lynched such were the MOPEs misery with the Senior green. You go on about away records in the SPL, do you want to discuss yor own mHobs CL away record? Went into the last 16 of the CL by default and humiliation by Barca. 9 points were lost by RAt-ic when BoRat almost singe handedly sabotaged your season as he worked his ticket and yet Rangers struggled like hell as soon as McGregor went off the park and out of the season at Parkyerheid. Then we had a dismal away record. Next season Rangers will be much stronger with a new RB and LB, a matching partner for Carlos in CB, a Gazza for midfield and a Hately type for our target man. Then there will be no 97m inTIMidated ref inspired winners to salavge your season.

From the disgrace of being 20 odd points behind at Christmas, out of both cups to "inferior" opponents, to a cup double, a European final and taking the league to the last day.

Supporters like players have a tough time getting up for every match, especially when you play 68 in one season, but you would not know about that.

As for the Gers support, are they the same as the tic support phoning in on every sports show slagging WGS throughout the season, up until the last 2 weeks.

Get a life man the seasons over the tic won the title and the Gers 2 domestic cups.

Rangers won 18/19 home ties in the SPL, RATic only won 14/19. I know what record id prefer. Rangers finished the season 3 points behind Pee-tics having been 7 points ahead with a game in hand only six weeks ago. It was at this time fatigue played its part and we fell back. Remember MONs £70m allstars won NOTHING in the same situation. Wattie won twice, this season (our first for two years) on a £8m net first throw of the dice.

Some of the Rangers supporters have described this as a fitting end to a great season. It was in fact a season when:

(a) millions of television viwers heard their supporters spewing out their anti-catholic bile in the game against Zenit, and

(b) cowardly rioting was the order of the day after being thrashed by Zenit.

Sadly, for thousands of Rangers supporters, that does constitute a great season.

Lets talk reality and put the season into perspective.

RFC supporters were hopeful of improved results this season with the chance of silverware if things went well.

We lost the league by 3 points.
We won the League Cup
We won the Scottish Cup
We were beat in the UEFA Cup final

With the tic having dominated the SPL the previous 2 seasons we have closed the gap.

Yes there were decisions by officials that helped our cause, much the same as some of the dodgy decisions that went Celtics way and helped secure league points.

At the start of the season the tic were going to have the league wrapped up by Oct, Nov, Dec, then by the end of January according to posters on these threads, it went to the last day.

You made it to the last 16 of the CL, beating Milan with a goal in the last 2 minutes. And Benfica winning away in Russia.

You were knocked out of the Scottish and League Cups at home.

Tic supporters moaned about injuries to there back 4, RFC played with out fullbacks since the Hutton transfer.

Rangers are far from the finished article we supporters know this, as far as the tic are concerned they are in the same position. The tic have won the league but have not done as well as they did in the last 2 seasons, lack of silverware bares this out. We have gone from winning nothing to 3 cup finals and winning 2 of them, an improvement on last season.

Enjoy the off season

The SPFA has been exposed as nothing more than a RAt-ic appreciation society. Malooney (double), Muka (worst POY ever) and now MaGeesaDiddy (double) is further highlighted by Wattie being ignored, for a guy gaining promotion from the 1st division, while still chasing an historic Quad! How come WaGS won twice in a row as MOY when Gretna gained succesive promotions through every league to the SPL and were not even mentioned.

Typical for you the "Queen of Corruption" to be blind to it when it suits your mHanks.

Rangers should return their voting slips, publicly, next season and therefore as the "establishment" club and domestic treble winners the SPFA awards will be a farce and worthless.

Brother Walfrid,

Against the top 6 teams in the spl, Rangers won the grand total of ONE during the season.

Suggestions that mcurry is an honest, trustworthy man, that his numerous bizarre decisions which all favour the same Scottish club, indeed his boyhood heroes, were all honest mistakes, can now be safely dismissed.

Dundee United should now press ahead with legal action. Their allegations challenge mcurry's integrity , and his whole character comes into that equation.

Laptop meejaloyalists were calling on mcurry to sue levein for defamation...you can put the mortgage on it that mikey won't be going anywhere near a court to have his honesty and integrity scrutinised...not unless he is dragged into one, kicking and screaming by Dundee United, with the sfa bluenoses looking on anxiously.

Queens had TWO very decent penalty claims turned down...the first one (whittaker) was a clear barge from the back, there WAS contact and the player was rising to meet the ball. Compared to the last minute penalty awarded against us at tynecastle, it was a stonewaller.

The second claim (Cuellar) was the stronger claim...a clear kick as the queens player tried to tee up a shot at goal.

Rangers played almost half a season more football than all the other teams in Scotland this season, which is testament to their improved form under WS.
All the teams in Europe enter 4 competitions per season, and all you can do is give yourself a chance in as many as possible.
In the league, Rangers gave them self a chance right up to the last game.
In the Leauge cup, Rangers gave themselves a chance right up to the last game.
In the Scottish cup, Rangers gave themselves a chance right up to the last game.
In Europe, Rangers gave themselves a chance right up to the last game.
How many teams do that sh!t? Well done WS, you have shown your intent in your first season.

A couple of dodgy decisions by referee's during Celtic run in helped in their final points total.

But I am sure you missed those. Just trying to keep an open fair forum, clubs will benefit from poor decisions from officials it happens during a season.

If McCurry is found to have been a cheat, he should be punished to the full extent of the law. But I ask you what has it got to do with RFC.

I think you must be talking about three decisions, all in seperate matches....not 5 in the same half.

1. The goal chopped off in the Aberdeen game...we had two goals chopped off in the same match. The first one looked off-side , but it was marginal. Quite honestly, there was nothing wrong with the second goal and why Brines made a statement only about the Aberdeen 'goal' remains a mystery.

2. McDonald's first goal against Rangers...By now, I have watched that goal countless times...sometimes I think he's a ba'hair onside, other times the other way around. It was an inch one way or the other, and the rules do state that if indoubt the attacking team is to be given the benefit of the doubt. The myth that he was clearly 100% offside has been cultivated by the media.

3. The corner kick at motherwell... motherwell were also incorrectly awarded a corner in the same match. We converted ours, they didn't theirs.

If I were to give you the decisions that went AGAINST Celtic, I'd be here all night.

Are you for real.

Let us be absloutely honest here, REALLY honest.

Imagine at the beginning of the season someone saying, Rangers will play to become champions in the last game of EVERY tournament this season.
You would have laughed yer head off, because there was NO WAY, Walter Smith was going to get anywhere near Celtic, he was NEVER going to win both domestic cups, and as far as Europe was concerned, well forget it...
So whilst you say he looks tired, I say he looks exhausted. But he is also one season ahead of where he thought he would be at this stage. Weir and Dailly were bought as quick fix solutions, he now has money to spend to fill those positions, and you know he will.
What is it now, 52 - 42?
71

Daillyman,

Playing 68 matches this season certainly played a part in the tiredness.

Why am I grasping at straws?

Weir and Daily will leave, we can find another centre half, we could always play Papac there it is his natural position. We will have a fit left back in young Smith for the coming season.

There will be players brought in by WS in the close season. Going by the signings made by WS this season and the job they did for the team we will be fine come the start of the season.

How do you think Celtic will react if offers of more than 10mil a piece come in for Boruc or McGeady.

The season's over lads.

Celtic have won the SPL because they were the most consistent team in that particular competition over the 38 games. They also performed well to qualify for the knockout stage of the Champions League. For both of these achievements, I congratulate them.

Rangers have won both the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup, as well as coming very close in both the SPL and the UEFA Cup. For these achievements I congratulate them.

Luck has played a part, as it always does. Both sides have suffered injuries, both have benefitted from questionable decisions, and equally both have suffered from similarly dubious decisions.

It is yet another season where the two teams are closely enough matched to make both sets of supporters believe that their side is superior, much like 2003 and 2005, and I personally think that there is next to nothing separating the sides.

So, I look forward to the opening of the transfer window, and the reshaping of both sides in preparation for battle again next season, which I predict will be another close one.

Compelling game, this football.

Yes, I have been to Celtic park on 20 or so occassions with my brother..

Look, I understand your position, you need to tell yourself that all is rosy, but at the end of the day, Celtic won the league by three points from a team who played half a season more than them. We all saw what a fit Rangers were doing, they were running away with it, but in the end they were knackered.

Celtic entered four tournaments and only got to the final game in one of them. Rangers got to the final of all four, and that is f@cking unbelievable!

99

Brother Walfrid,

I liked that post above regarding the prognosis for Rangers next season.

I think Rangers are a poor side that have somehow contrived to punch above their weight , get a few lucky breaks, given the CIS by poor refereeing, and today struggled to beat a first division side that haven't played a competative game for a month.

If Celtic hadn't had all those injury problems, I believe that the league would have been a done deal weeks ago. All those injuries stopped Celtic in their tracks and we found it difficult to get back into a rythmn.

I am confident that Celtic are the team that need only make about three quality signings to raise our standards to a higher level.

With Rangers...Broadfoot,Weir,Dailly,Papac,Darcheville,
Mculloch,Cousin,Novo...all of them are beneath the standard that will be required to stop Celtic next season.
Then there's Cuellar who will most likely be sold .

Basically, the only players you'll have that will be up to scratch are McGregor,Whittaker,Thomson and Ferguson.

The rest will not be good enough. To challenge Celtic next year, you'll need to buy almost a full team.

I don't disagree with you're point. I believe that most officials are decent honest individuals who really try to do their best.

To be honest these threads have been strife all season with posts about every referee under the sun in the SPL being corrupt, and you must agree a lot of these posts were from Celtic supporters.

What are you're feelings on players who played for a certain club for years moves to a rival and plays against his old club, do you automatically think the player would not give 100% against his old team?

If a referee has honour, ethics and honesty it should not matter what team they support.

The "extra games" argument is tiresome. Nobody can say for sure that they made a difference to Rangers ability to gather SPL points in the latter part of the season. We can have our suspicions, but the record books will always show that the 2007/08 SPL champions were Celtic, and we all have to accept that.

On the rebuilding, I don't see nearly as much happening at Ibrox as many Celtic fans are predicting. The Cousin/Davis deal, IMO, will still happen, and I've heard a little whisper down here that Hemdani is interesting Roy Hodgson, and may be thrown in as a makeweight to smooth the deal.

Weir will leave purely due to age, Dailly has, I think, a 50/50 chance of staying for another season. Buffel will go back to Feyenoord for around £750,000, and Sebo will move permanently to Valenciennes for a similar sum. Gow will move on for a nominal fee. I don't believe that anyone else, including McGregor, Cuellar, Boyd etc, will be leaving. The deal to make the Webster signing permanent for around £200,000 will take place. Kenny Miller is rumoured to be lined up as the first new signing, with relegated Derby willing to accept around £1 million.

I expect SDM to give WS around £10 million again this summer, and he will concentrate on adding one good quality player to each area, ie, defence, midfield and attack. Both halves of the OF will be watching Euro 2008 keenly, and the main transfer activity may be delayed until it ends.

This year's spl carried automatic champions league entry, the most glittering prize on the table this year by a very long shot.

The title is always the number 1 priority, only this year it came with potentially a £15m cheque...plus off course the paltry £2m for winning the spl.

As for you refereeing now I agree it would be tough, but,

If you decided that you wanted to stay in the game and started refereeing at a YOUNG age and made you're way up through the ranks of officiating, schools football, U16, U18, junior or amateur football then making you're way into the pro game.

By being so involved in the game as an official and the time dedicated to learning you're craft, you would not have the same connection or support you had for you're team when you were younger and a regular supporter at their games. There would have been some distance put between the team you support and you're commitment to being a game official.

You would still look for the teams results after every match, but I do not think you would be as dedicated as most supporters.

Now I know if you took up officiating games at a much later age, it would be harder to separate a man and his club.

Just my opinion.

The allegations are so serious that his silence is deafening.
What person would button their lip with allegations like that screaming out in national print.

He need only make a brief statement indicating that the allegations are untrue and that he is considering legal action.

Instead, McURRY has gone to ground...and there are apparently an army of witnesses that can substantiate the claims.

It is not a private matter. McURRY has been accused of dishonestly assisting his favoured team in a football match which might have cost us the spl and certainly did cost Dundee U a crack at third spot.

In another sphere of his life, he has been accused of much the same thing, but the scale of his capacity for deception is most alarming and adds a mountain of weight that he has been dishonestly favouring rangers in football matches.

Excellent season for Rangers, although I would have loved WS to take a few more chances. His system was too rigid and cautious, and he was too loyal to certain players, but he certainly did well in terms of results and in terms of challenging for honours. I don't know how much of the detail you are aware of, but I can assure you if you look at the details, the tittering about mikey humping away in the back of a van gives way to a much more creepy sensation.

He knew this girl from when she was a child, and was known to have a special fondness for her.
She came from a very Churchy family and when she was in her late teens, Mikey suddenly anounced that accountancy wasn't for him and that God was calling him to the baptist ministry...in her particular parish no less.

He put himself in a position where he could command her respect and trust.

He pursued her affections , eventually winning them , and later denied the whole thing insisting that she was lying. This apparently impacted on her health quite significantly, but mikey had changed his mind.

There is something very uncomfortable about the whole business. It's not simply a case of him meeting someone and having an affair.

You have said you played football, all young apprentices were bullied and treated like sh!te by you're bosses and all senior players, do you think any of the trades were any different.

I had a boss when I was an apprentice pro many years ago, he was a former Wolves player and English internationalist, and the worst basket I ever had the misfortune to meet, screw up in training and it was a slap across the back of the head, do it in a match and you dreaded showing up for the next training session.

It went on years ago it may have changed now I don't know, but young players were always mentally and at times physically abused, it was part of you're apprenticeship.

I wouldn't be too critical of Ally McOIST.

I don't know what it feels like to be 21,loaded and women throwing themselves at me.

At 21 , I was a student, skint, and usually had to spend hours talking crap before getting any half decent looking bird into the sack.
Depending on the level of inebriation, standards of acceptability were extremely flexible.

So, Ally had all that as a young man, and I would be slow to criticise any young buck in his position...as Wilde said, the only way to deal with temptation is to yield to it.

Did I say I thought it was right to abuse anyone. I just said it went on, you have a wonderful knack of trying to twist things around, Pax has taught you well.

Abuse of any kind is wrong, and not just in the work place.

This thread is in danger of getting pulled...administrator, why not just , as a work of expressive art, simply make a lenghty abusive statement and invite us all to do likewise at which point we will all decline?

Andrew BOD,

I hate to say it, but congratulations to Rangers on their Scottish Cup win. They looked really jaded even after their win today. I don't think that was really tiredness. It was more to do with the fact that this wasn't the cup they really wanted. I'm sure they would have exchanged the two cups for any one of the other two trophies they lost.

Rangers have overachieved this year, based on the players available, which is a good thing really. WS is a great manager for getting the best out of a team in difficult circumstances. He did that with Scotland and now he's done it with Rangers. As far as building a team for the future is concerned, with a more attacking style of play and a good passing game, I'm not so sure.

Whether this team has peaked or not is irrelevant. It will have to be dismantled and re-constructed. That is a job in itself.

Rangers are in safe hands with WS, but if I were a Rangers supporter, knowing the resources that are available to a club like that, I'd want to see a better game of football week in week out. (As well as win trophies)

Rangers Deserved Winners???????????????????????

About the only thing rangers deserve this season, is the bill for damages to Manchester, and the bill for damages to the reputation of Scottish football.
The great tragedy here is these animals have been given another chance to travel to destroy some other poor town.
Great game yesyerday fantastic, and at least a traveling support was there to show just how fans should carry on after a game.
QUEEN OF,,,QUEEN OF,,,,QUEEN OF THE SOUTH
Very proud of Queens and very proud of the way the traveling support conducted themselves to and from the game.

This does not give me any joy to say it but anyway, well done to rangers for their cup result today!! God that hurts a bit. I think considering your season you probably deserved to finish on some kind of positive result. I have said many time this season that you should enjoy the UEFA run and whatever the outcomes it will have been a decent season, especially compared to the last 2.

Now the specculation will start on who is buying who.and no doubt we willnow be subject to the usual p1ssing contest about who has most money to spend!!

Looking forward to next season, with automatic champions league place secured and hopefully Gordon will be given a sizeable war chest which I trust he will spend wisely. (A new left back please Gordon)

187 etc - BW you are an absolute nerd go get a life - away and play with yourself.

Fair comments but Gers have a core of young players that WS will build on. The backlog the Gers had to face brings the integrity of the SPL into question.

Celtic won the league but their integrity is at absolute zero, they cant play after the passing of Phil O'd (several players suspended or injured) but have no problem playing after Tommy Burns passing.

INTEGRITY Celtic F C could not spell the word.

Bemused, I'll ask you in English as you live near Tileheurst, How is the Spanish coming along? Yes it's me, Look your not unlike Media 1, it won't take long for these Guy's to find you out, they say you watch the game's on the radio and I for one had to do a translation check on your Spanish post prior to your visit (not to the men's room) but Barcelona !
Remember you can fool some of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time. A. Lincoln.
I've found out to my derision that you can make enemy's on here and no matter what you say it will stick, I think I told you once before, you're a smart man, just remember you aren’t the only one on here, these guy’s will suss you out in a heartbeat.

Now I'm off to bed, this celebration being Champion's is getting a bit old!. 3 nights’s running now!
Never told you the story of when I was in Seville, I went into a restaurant and had to order the food for Jamsie of R,C,Nesbit fame and his family, it was dead easy roll's, chips, eggs and coke's, I told his wife if I ordered for them I wanted a photo with Jamsie and she said si. (I still have it to this day)! Good luck when the baby comes (Been there seen it and done it)

And let's not forget.
4 In a row coming your way!

Well done Rangers.
1 League cup.

1 Scottish cup.

1 UEFA cup final.

Took the league to the last day.

All this with a squad costing 9 million quid. Or Bobo Bawbag and Fatty Donatis wages.

With Walters genius and some new quaity signings, Rangers will win the SPL next time.
Can't wait to see what numpties strachan buys this summer.
Should also be hilarious watching him trying to off-load Gravesen, Balde, Donati, Brown, Naylor etc.

Once again, a successful season for Rangers while the beggars go backwards.
Couldn't have asked for more.
