WILLO Flood is keen to return the faith of manager Craig Levein after agreeing another year's loan deal at Dundee United.
The 23-year-old Irishman returned to Tannadice for the first day of pre-season training after agreement had been reached with his club Cardiff earlier in the week and was quick to highlight the significance of Levein in his decision to remain in Scotland.
He said: "It feels great knowing that you are wanted. It makes you feel confident and when you are confident, you play your best football.
"The gaffer showed great faith in me when I wasn't playing that well at the start of last season but he knew that I could do the business for him. And when you have a manager who believes in you then you always want to play for him."
