INVERNESS Caledonian Thistle striker Marius Niculae scored as Romania beat Russia in Bucharest. Ciprian Marica put Romania ahead on the stroke of half-time. Sub Daniel Niculae made it 2-0 after 60 minutes, and Marius Niculae headed the third in the 76th.

WALES took their unbeaten run to five games as two goals from Wolves striker Freddy Eastwood earned them victory. Eastwood got his first after 37 minutes, before doubling his tally by slamming home two minutes after the break.
Montenegro 3, Norway 1
MONTENEGRO won their third international friendly in five matches by beating Norway in Podgorica. Igor Burzanovic and Branko Boskovic scored in the first half, and Radomir Djalovic after the break, before John Carew pulled one back.
N Ireland 4, Georgia 1
DAVID Healy scored for both sides as Northern Ireland's first-half blitz saw off Georgia. Kyle Lafferty grabbed a double and Healy scored with a deflected shot before the break. Healy then slid the ball into his own net after Maik Taylor had saved Levan Tskitishvili's spot-kick, before Peter Thompson bundled in a late fourth.
Belgium 1, Morocco 4
HIBS striker Abdessalam Benjelloun found the net as Morocco swept aside Belgium. Soufiane Alloudi and Tarik Sektoui gave Morocco a 2-0 lead before Axel Witsel pulled a goal back. Nabil El Zhar restored Morocco's two-goal margin before Benjelloun wrapped up victory late on.
Bosnia 2, Macedonia 2
A FIRST-HALF flurry of goals saw Bosnia and Macedonia share the spoils. A quickfire double from Dario Damjanovic put Bosnia 2-0 up but Macedonia rallied when Goran Maznov hit his own brace just before the break.
Slovakia 1, Iceland 2
SECOND-HALF goals from Gunnar Thorvaldsson and Barcelona striker Eidur Gudjohnsen gave Iceland a 2-1 win over Slovakia, with Marek Mintal netting a late consolation for the hosts.
