Club chiefs open Hearts up to questions

SENIOR Hearts officials are to answer questions from supporters on how the club is run in an "Ask The Club" evening at Tynecastle on Monday, 22 March.

The event is exclusive and free to season ticket holders but will be restricted to 250 people. It will see figures from the Hearts hierarchy open themselves up to questions on any topic for the first time.

Directors Sergejus Fedotovas and Vitalijus Vasiliauskas will be there with manager Jim Jefferies, managing director Campbell Ogilvie, marketing and communications director David Southern, and facilities and security manager John Boag.

Fedotovas said: "This is a very good opportunity for many of the key staff to answer questions from supporters on the important issues which affect Hearts.

"We'll be launching our season ticket campaign shortly after the evening, and so we felt this represented a good opportunity for supporters to ask us about the things which matter.

"I am very pleased to be coming across from Lithuania for this event and look forward to meeting as many supporters as possible.

"We hope this is the first of a regular series of events that will take place each season."

Fans can book their place by calling 0871 663 1874 option 1, then option 8 and quoting the name, address and customer reference number of each season ticket holder attending.
