Caley and Aberdeen rule Highland friendlies

BILLY McKay was again the star of the show as Inverness Caledonian Thistle defeated Forres Mechanics 3-0 for their second Highland win in a row.

McKay, who hit a hat-trick as Keith were defeated 9-0 on Saturday, repeated his achievement by half-time after slotting home on 25 minutes and then banging in two quick-fire counters.

In the second half, McKay went close again before being substituted to give the Forres defenders some respite.
