ST MIRREN striker Craig Dargo has signed a new two-year contract – but Will Haining and Gary Mason have been told they can leave the club.
Dargo's previous deal was due to expire next week but manager Gus MacPherson has now secured the 31-year-old's services until the summer of 2011.

Defender Haining, 26, and midfielder Mason, 29, joined Saints along with Dargo two years ago but neither is being offered a new contract.

They will follow Jim Hamilton and Marc McAusland in leaving St Mirren Park this summer, with MacPherson having already drafted in Lee Mair from Aberdeen and Michael Higdon from Falkirk on free transfers.

Dargo has been plagued by injury since joining St Mirren from Inverness and scored just four goals in 30 appearances last season, however he had been reportedly attracting interest from English clubs.
