IT MIGHT be tempting to see Rafael Benitez as football's Don Quixote, tilting with good-humoured futility against the windmills of the Premier League's top three. His personality though may be more reminiscent of the Don's tubby sidekick, Sancho Panza, deliverer of mordant aphorisms called sanchismos.
