A FATAL accident inquiry into the death of Shetland builder James Thomson was adjourned yesterday to give the Swiss company manufacturing the can of foam filler that killed him a chance to be legally represented.
Mr Thomson, 26, died in March last year when the container exploded in his hands, rupturing his heart.
