New guide to redundancies

A NEW guide was launched today to deal with a huge increase in calls from employers on how to handle redundancies and lay-offs.
The conciliation service Acas and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) both reported a big rise in requests for information on how to deal with job cuts.

Maybe a nice idea but it doesn't matter how you tell someone they have no job, the worries for the family and future will still be there.
