POLICE yesterday found a second body – of a 20-year-old man – from a car that was swept away in a swollen river near St Ives, Cornwall.
One passenger, also 20 years old, escaped; but a search was still going on for Ryan Martel, 26, and his sister Frankie Chappel, 17, missing since the off-duty taxi tried to cross the flood-hit stream.
