Bulgarian leader in ski lift drama

BULGARIA'S prime minister, Sergei Stanishev, and other government officials were trapped for about an hour yesterday when cable cars malfunctioned during the inauguration of a ski resort, state radio said.
The officials were stuck in packed gondolas about 100ft above the ground before being rescued by emergency services.

Sounds like a made for t.v. drama series. Glad they got out alright, but I'm guessing the government went on o.k. while they were hung up?
