Darfur still suffers as Sudan defies UN

THE Sudanese government and rebel groups in Darfur are increasingly violating a UN arms embargo, a UN panel has said.
In a report to the Security Council, the panel of experts monitoring UN sanctions said the people of Darfur "continue to be victimised by the effects of attacks and counter-attacks".
