Russia reports missile success

DMITRY Medvedev, Russia's president, yesterday watched what officials said was the successful testing of a Topol intercontinental ballistic missile.
The warhead, fired from a site about 800km north of Moscow, hit its target 3,700 miles away on the Pacific coast.
