US blamed over Iraq MP's death

IRAQI Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr yesterday blamed the United States for the assassination of an MP who belonged to the cleric's parliamentary bloc, killed a day earlier in a bomb attack.
In Sadr City, men cried and shouted slogans at his funeral.
