Murder youths launch appeal

TWO youths convicted of the alcohol-fuelled murder of Cheshire father Garry Newlove have been granted leave to appeal, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
Adam Swellings, 19, was jailed for a minimum of 17 years and Stephen Sorton, aged 17, was sentenced to at least 15 years.
